Rockstar Martial Arts delivers submission grappling, striking instruction, and youth development programs in Prosper, Texas. Founded in 2014 by Shiva Boecker alongside husband James Boecker, the organization operates martial arts facilities across North Texas designed to foster leadership, personal confidence, and physical discipline. The coaching roster features accomplished practitioners across multiple grappling and striking disciplines. The instructional team includes head coach Lawson, Professor Pedro Mello, Coach Gabby Mello, Coach Chancen, Coach Lucas, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt João Pedro Rodrigues, a Pan American champion and two-time IBJJF World Master champion known as Somalia. Programs span preschool martial arts, structured kids martial arts, anti-bullying education, adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Muay Thai kickboxing. Grappling coursework teaches technical ground control, positional dominance, escapes, and submissions, while striking sessions develop boxing footwork and kickboxing combinations. Prospective students can experience training through a complimentary first class.
