Rolling Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy is situated at 44920 Valley Central Way in Lancaster, California. Owned and coached by Ozzie Cabrera and Mari Cabrera, the training facility delivers structured martial arts programs emphasizing long-term student development. Adult training runs Monday through Saturday, delivering instruction in gi and no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu covering guard play, guard passing, submissions, escapes, and positional control. The facility also features an MMA curriculum for participants ages nine and older, combining striking fundamentals and grappling conditioning. Youth tracks are split by age group, starting with Tiny Cubs for ages four to six to introduce takedowns, escapes, and basic control through movement. Teen Lions serves students ages ten and up with high-repetition drilling, live rolling, and defensive composure under close coach supervision.
