Team R.O.C. Harrisburg operates at 4947 Hwy 49 S in Harrisburg, NC 28075. The training space features a 1300 sq. Ft Grappling Area equipped with battle ropes, punching bags, focus mitts, and ab rollers. Inquiries regarding classes can be made by calling (704) 906-8929. Owner & Head Instructor Hallie “Snake” Hair has over 26 years of experience in Jiu-Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts and received a black belt from Royce Gracie. The coaching staff also includes Bart Russell as Head of Kids Program, Adult BJJ and Self Defense Instructor, alongside Andy Doherty as Assistant Kids Instructor. Course offerings include Gi Jiu-Jitsu /Judo, Mixed Martial Arts, kickboxing, and kids classes, as well as ladies self-defense on Friday mornings. Membership rates feature a $100 / mo. Adult Membership with no contract, a $40 day pass, and discounted rates of $75/ mo. for military and first responders.
