Salt Lake Capoeira & Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Salt Lake Capoeira & Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is situated at 633 West 100 South, Salt Lake City, UT, 84104, with private training held at 3614 W. 2100 S., Salt Lake City, UT. Instruction is directed by Professor Jamaika, who is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with over 15 years of experience training with Professor Gustavo Rodrigues. The jiu-jitsu training operates under the direction of the Gustavo Rodrigues Academy, founded by Professor Gustavo Rodrigues, a 3rd degree black belt in jiu-jitsu. Training programs feature private BJJ classes alongside group capoeira instruction. Youth lessons accommodate ages 6–11 on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:00–6:00 PM, priced at $25 for a drop-in class or $110 per month on a month-to-month plan. Adult sessions meet Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00–7:30 PM, priced at $130 per month on a month-to-month plan or $100 per month on a 6-month plan.
