San Tan Jiu-Jitsu

Located at 8629 Waltham Avenue in Gilbert, Arizona, San Tan Jiu-Jitsu provides technical martial arts and grappling instruction. Founded by transplants Bill and Olivia Walker, the gym fosters a community-centered environment serving practitioners from Gilbert, Queen Creek, and San Tan Valley. Instruction is led by head instructor and owner Bill Walker, a black belt under 4th degree Professor Andrew Solheim who earned his rank in just over five years and competed at Master Worlds. Walker integrates standing judo techniques studied under Sensei Nick Irabli into his curriculum, supported by coaches Lawrence and Acacia. The academy schedule features adult jiu-jitsu, cross-training sessions, and specialized youth classes supported by ESA tuition reimbursement.
