SAS Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

SAS Team Syracuse operates at 3507B James St, situated within Eastwood Plaza in Syracuse, NY 13206. The facility provides martial arts instruction for adults and children in Syracuse. Instruction at the academy is conducted under the banner of Diego Ramos Academy, offering training led by practitioner Diego Ramos. The school maintains a traditional dress code for training sessions requiring Uniforms (White Gi) during designated gi classes. Training programs at the school include Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, BJJ Kids, and No-Gi grappling. The schedule features BJJ Fundamentals offered on Mon, Tues, & Wed from 6:00PM - 6:50PM.
