SBG Athens delivers martial arts and athletic conditioning at 240 Collins Industrial Blvd. Suite G in Athens, Georgia 30601. Prospective practitioners can begin their training by taking advantage of an introductory offer for two classes for free. Martial arts instruction is guided by brothers Adam and Rory Singer, featuring Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes taught under a Rickson Gracie Certified 4th Degree Black Belt. The coaching team works with beginner students and advanced competitors across striking, grappling, and conditioning. Program options include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, Group Fitness, and Women's Only Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Youth training is organized into distinct age brackets, including Micro Monkeys Jiu Jitsu for ages 3 to 4, Spider Monkeys Jiu Jitsu for ages 5 to 6, Chimpanzee Jiu Jitsu for ages 7 to 9, and Juniors Jiu Jitsu for ages 10 to 14.
