Scottsdale Jiu-Jitsu is a combat martial arts training center located at 16585 N 92nd St #112 in Scottsdale, Arizona. The academy is led by Master Maui Saito, drawing on the heritage of Saito Bloodline Japanese Jujitsu and Ninjitsu traditions. The school teaches combative Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Japanese Jujitsu, mixed martial arts fighting skills, and specialized weapons handling. Instructional offerings encompass adult and teen grappling, reversals, escapes, combative submission defense, and Young Women's Self-Defense seminars. In addition to group classes, the academy provides personalized one-on-one instruction tailored to specific defensive goals and law enforcement needs. Scheduled adult and teen group classes take place on Sundays at 3:15 PM, as well as Mondays and Tuesdays at 6:15 PM, alongside flexible private training bookings.
