SD Jiu Jitsu operates at 333 W 52nd Street, 401 4th Floor New York NY 10019. Established in 2023, the family-owned academy is located in Midtown West of New York City, featuring facility amenities including on-site showers. The academy was founded by Silvio Duran, who serves as Founder and holds a Black Belt 2nd Degree under Rodrigo Cavaca and Vitor Shaolin Ribeiro. Instructional leadership also includes black belt professors Mauricio Fernandes and Vedha Toscano, alongside Ben Simone, who serves as a brown belt instructor. Class programs include Intro Class, Fundamentals, All Levels, Advanced, and a Kids Program. In addition to group training, professors at the school offer private lessons upon request. Prospective students can visit the gym to take advantage of an introductory free class to get started on the mats.
