Self Defense 4U Martial Arts

Self Defense 4U Martial Arts is a family-operated training academy located at 1325 Brown Trail in Bedford, Texas, near L.D. Bell High School off Highway 183. The school has served the local Bedford martial arts community for more than 12 years. Instruction is directed by owners Tom and Alex Hogue, backed by Tom Hogue's 35 years of martial arts experience. The curriculum focuses on self-defense, personal discipline, and family-oriented athletic development. Course offerings are structured into Little Dragons for preschool children ages 3 to 5, Beginner Dragons for ages 6 to 12, Advanced Dragons, dedicated teen training, adult self-defense, and traditional Filipino Kali stick and weapons fighting. Training sessions run Monday through Thursday afternoons and evenings, accompanied by Kali and Black Belt courses on Saturday mornings. Prospective students and families can sign up through the academy website to receive a complimentary one-week trial.
