Sessions Jiu-Jitsu

Sessions Jiu-Jitsu is located at 3620 William Flynn Hwy in Allison Park, PA 15101. Situated in the North Hills of Pittsburgh along Route 8, the academy offers martial arts instruction and grappling for adult practitioners. New practitioners and visiting grapplers can connect with the club online through the academy contact form. The academy was established in 2023 by lead instructor Kevin Goodwin and Craig Hanna, bringing over 25 years of combined martial arts experience to the mats. Goodwin has trained consistently since 2007 and holds an IBJJF certified black belt, coaching students alongside brown belt Hanna. Weekly programming features Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and NoGi Jiu-Jitsu, providing opportunities to train seven days a week. Gi training includes fundamentals sessions on Monday evenings and all-levels classes on Wednesday evenings from 7:00PM until 8:30PM, incorporating warmups, technique review, and live rolls. The academy focuses solely on adult instruction and provides a free trial class for new members.
