Located at 34830 Monte Vista Drive in Wildomar, California, 7th Son Jiu Jitsu traces its roots to 2011 when it was founded as Aftermath BJJ & MMA. After rebranding as 99 Jiu-Jitsu in 2014, the academy adopted its current name in 2021. The school maintains affiliation with fourth-degree black belt João "Johnny" Faria of Alliance Jiu-Jitsu in San Diego. Head instructor Joe Mora, a black belt under Johnny Faria, instructs the intermediate and advanced adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu sessions. The coaching staff also features instructor Matt Inzunza teaching adult fundamentals, alongside Kassandra Mora and Danny Sal leading children's classes on the training floor. The academy provides Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction five days per week across adult and youth divisions, with dedicated classes for children ages 5 to 16 focusing on positional drills and self-defense. The schedule also incorporates boxing sessions, submission grappling, and conditioning, supported by a facility with a large mat area and two showers.
