Shaddock Mixed Martial Arts Fitness provides combat sports conditioning and martial arts instruction at 6345 South Carroll Park Drive in Eldersburg, Maryland. The facility delivers structured technical training across boxing, wrestling, and submission grappling for adult and youth students. The academy is directed by coach John Shaddock, who has worked in the fitness industry for over 25 years and has competed in combat sports since 1971. A Diamond Belt Boxing Championships winner and two-time Vermont State Golden Gloves finalist, Shaddock holds training background in boxing, wrestling, catch-wrestling, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Aikido, and karate. Adult programming serves students ages 13 and up through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, schoolboy wrestling, boxing, FitBox non-contact fitness conditioning, and open sparring sessions. Youth instruction starts at age 4 through Lil Ninjas and Junior Warriors classes, including kids MMA sessions. Prospective students can register for a complimentary trial class online.
