Shogun West operates at 880 Elmgrove Road in Rochester, NY 14624, located inside Total Sports Experience on the west side of Rochester. Established following an initial vision formed in 2021, the academy provides martial arts training in Gates. Instruction at the facility is conducted by coaching staff including Donny W. as instructor and Cody G. as instructor, supported by Phil M. in administration. Class offerings include Jiu Jitsu for adults designed for ages 16 and older, alongside Kids Jits tailored for youth aged 5 to 16. The academy provides Gi and No Gi classes as well as Private Lessons scheduled directly with staff. Prospective students can register online to attend a Free Trial session.
