Shonen Jiu Jitsu

Shonen Jiu Jitsu is situated in the Cromwell Field Shopping Center at 7389i Baltimore Annapolis Blvd in Glen Burnie, MD 21061. Operating in Maryland, the academy delivers focused grappling instruction for youth and adult practitioners. Prospective students can submit general questions through the online contact form. Instruction is provided by Professor Lee, who is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt under the Mendes Brothers and formerly worked as an instructor at the Art of Jiu Jitsu Academy in Costa Mesa, CA. Adult training includes a basics program offering classes for both gi and no-gi, alongside all-levels sessions. Youth programs provide dedicated kids classes for age groupings of 4-7 and 8-13. The weekly schedule includes evening sessions Monday through Thursday, offering Gi All-Levels, No Gi All-Levels, and Gi Basics, alongside late afternoon kids classes. Prospective practitioners can book a free trial, with a clean uniform provided for use during trial training. Free trial participation is available for Maryland residents, while non Maryland residents are charged a drop-in fee.
