Shotokan Karate Leadership School

Shotokan Karate Leadership School was established in 1981 and operates at 3082 Marlow Road Suite B1 in Santa Rosa, California. The academy was founded by Sensei Marty Callahan, an 8th Degree Black Belt and graduate of the Japan Karate Association Instructor Training Program. The curriculum utilizes traditional Shotokan Karate as a vehicle for developing personal discipline, focus, and leadership qualities. Training programs span preschool martial arts, karate for youth, teen martial arts, adult classes, and the academy's proprietary Black Belt Shoka Leader Program. Instruction emphasizes fundamental stances, precise striking mechanics, traditional kata forms, and respectful classroom etiquette for students of all ages and backgrounds.
