Signal Mountain Jiu-Jitsu operates at 329 Ault Road in Signal Mountain, TN 37377, located between the Signal Mountain Athletic Club and Signal School of PE through the gravel lot. Students can reach the academy by calling (423)-667-4261. Operating since 2023, the school is affiliated with Shawn Hammonds Jiu-Jitsu Academy. Coaching includes Women’s Self Defense sessions taught by instructor Meg Whitley. Youth wrestling instruction and summer camps are led by Coach Greg Schultz, whose background includes scholastic, collegiate, Army, and international Greco-Roman wrestling experience. Class offerings include Kids BJJ for ages 7-14, Gi BJJ, Striking, and Open Mat BJJ, alongside morning No Gi Roll sessions. Operating hours run Monday through Saturday with Sunday closed. Adult unlimited memberships are available for $125 monthly, child memberships for $100 monthly, and a standalone Women’s Self Defense Class for $50 monthly.
