Silverback MMA & Fitness is located at 937 Manor Blvd in San Leandro, California. The gym provides martial arts training and group fitness in a family environment, serving beginner through advanced students. The coaching staff brings more than ten years of experience teaching martial arts and fitness. Training is guided by owner Coach Billy, who instructs Adult Muay Thai & MMA, Coach Huss, who directs adult and youth wrestling, and Coach Ray, who teaches Cardio Boxing & Kickboxing alongside youth jiu-jitsu and Muay Thai. The curriculum features Mixed Martial Arts training combining boxing, wrestling, Muay Thai, jiu-jitsu, and judo. Additional options include dedicated Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, Cardio Boxing, and youth programs. New members can begin training through a free 2-day trial.
