Sintonia Jiu Jitsu operates at 303 East 43rd Street in New York, NY 10017. Centrally situated in Midtown East, the academy provides Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training for adults and youth. The academy is led by Founder and Head Coach Jeferson Guaresi, an IBJJF No-Gi World Champion and black belt with 16+ Years of BJJ Experience under Murilo Santana. Youth training is directed by Youth Head Instructor Jayden Cardenas, an IBJJF No-Gi World Champion with 10+ Years of BJJ & Wrestling Experience, alongside instructor Franco Diaz. The school maintains affiliation with Unity Jiu Jitsu. Weekly classes include Fundamentals Gi, All Levels, Grappling No Gi, and a dedicated Kids Program. Training runs Monday through Saturday with additional morning sessions including BJJ Strong NY, followed by Sunday Open Mat gatherings. Prospective students can begin training through an intro session or book a Free Trial Class.
