Hermosillo Jiu-Jitsu operates at 3916 Tweedy Blvd. in South Gate, California. Founded in 2013 as an affiliate of the Six Blades Jiu-Jitsu network, the academy maintains an inclusive training environment serving practitioners across the local area. Instruction is led by Professor Mike Hermosillo alongside striking coach Coach Mychal. The coaching staff guides classes across all experience levels, emphasizing individualized technical pointers, structured movement drills, and respectful mat culture. The weekly schedule runs seven days a week with training in Adult Jiu-Jitsu across gi and no-gi formats, striking combining boxing and Muay Thai, judo takedowns, wrestling, and open mat sessions.
