Soca Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Lemon Grove is located at 6955 Broadway in Lemon Grove, California. The martial arts academy provides Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training for youth and adult practitioners across beginner and advanced levels. The academy follows the curriculum founded by world champion Alexandre Soca Freitas. Local instruction is led by Professor Arlan, a 2nd-degree black belt under 6th-degree black belt Alexandre "Soca" Freitas, who brings over sixteen years of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu experience. Classes guide students through fundamental ground mechanics, positional transitions, guard passes, and joint submissions. Youth instruction is organized under the Kids Jiu-Jitsu Belt Program, featuring beginner classes for kids 3 to 6 years old, classes for kids 7 to 10 years old, and classes for students 11 to 13 years old. Adult programming features traditional gi classes alongside no-gi jiu-jitsu sessions.
