Stafford Mixed Martial Arts is a combat sports training academy located at 511 Route 72 East in Manahawkin, New Jersey. serving Stafford and surrounding coastal communities, the gym provides structured instruction in mixed martial arts, striking disciplines, and ground grappling. The academy was established in September 2012 by Liam and Melissa Kerrigan. Head instructor Liam Kerrigan began martial arts training as a youth and competed in professional mixed martial arts starting in September 2009, compiling an official professional fight record of three wins, two losses, and one draw. The coaching staff delivers disciplined instruction grounded in martial arts core values. Course offerings include adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai kickboxing, mixed martial arts competition training, and youth martial arts programs. Classes are structured to develop technical proficiency, physical conditioning, and practical defensive awareness for martial artists of all experience levels.
