Star City Boxing

Star City Boxing is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit boxing gym located at 1340 Centre Ave Rear in Reading, Pennsylvania. Serving local practitioners and athletes, the organization focuses on providing accessible boxing instruction, mentorship, and athletic conditioning for local athletes. Training sessions accommodate members with diverse fitness and competitive goals starting at age 12 and up. The coaching staff instructs students across all experience levels, from individuals learning to box for the first time to active amateur competitors preparing for bouts in the ring. Workouts combine traditional boxing fundamentals, including heavy bag combinations, jump rope conditioning, mitt routines, and footwork drills. The gym maintains an open training atmosphere where youth and adult members build cardiovascular health, discipline, and boxing proficiency through regular workouts.
