Stoic Brazilian Jiu Jitsu provides martial arts and combat fitness training at 1910 Lone Star Rd. A in Mansfield, Texas. The academy serves practitioners and families traveling from Mansfield, Arlington, Grand Prairie, Midlothian, and Lilian communities with extensive mat space and flexible class times. The instructional team is led by Head Instructor Vicente Abadie III, a 2nd Degree Black Belt under Bruno "Tank" Mendes, alongside co-owners Jordan Alan Shepler, a 2nd Degree Black Belt, and Cooper Cardinale, a 1st Degree Black Belt. Coaching staff also includes black belt instructors Natalia Biasca Shepler and Matt Johnson. Course offerings include adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, preschool classes, youth grappling, teen programs, and fitness kickboxing. Students practice ground defense, positional control, sweeps, escapes, and joint locks in an organized and respectful training atmosphere.
