StrongHold Jiu Jitsu provides Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training at 160 Commerce St in DeForest, Wisconsin. Founded in 2015, the academy serves children, teens, and adults from DeForest and neighboring communities seeking dedicated martial arts education, athletic conditioning, and practical self-defense.
