Coaching staff guides students through fundamental ground grappling, positional movement, and practical self-defense techniques in a supportive setting. The class schedule features Kids Gi and No Gi for ages 4 to 7, Kids Gi and No Gi for ages 8 and older, alongside dedicated adult training sessions and mobility and stretching exercises specifically to improve BJJ.
