Established in 2007 to continue the teachings of mentor Jeremy William Robert Williams, the academy develops students across mindset, techniques, and practical application. The coaching staff provides structured training suitable for martial arts practitioners, aspiring athletes, and fitness enthusiasts. Practice is built around sportsmanship, mutual friendship, and consistent feedback, incorporating partner work, pad work, bag work, and shadowboxing to develop coordination. The curriculum features striking classes focusing on punches, kicks, elbows, and knees, alongside grappling classes incorporating Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, judo, and submission grappling to develop ground control and takedowns.
