Superfly BJJ

Superfly BJJ operates at 431 W Ponce De Leon Ave in Decatur, Georgia. Located in downtown Decatur, the martial arts school delivers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction, submission grappling training, and competition preparation for children, teenagers, and adult practitioners across the greater Atlanta metropolitan area. Instruction is headed by second-degree black belt Jake Jo, an American Top Team black belt under UFC veteran Roan "Jucão" Carneiro who began his jiu-jitsu training in 2005 under Jim Abrille. Coach Jo guides students through fundamental positional control, defensive guard work, takedowns, and joint submissions. The coaching staff maintains a structured training atmosphere emphasizing athletic development and technical precision. Academy curriculum features tailored developmental tracks for different age brackets and experience levels. Offerings include Adult BJJ in gi and no-gi formats, Kids BJJ for ages 4 to 6, Kids BJJ for ages 7 and older, a Women-Only BJJ class, and a youth tournament competition team.
