Supreme JIU JITSU Chicago Idriz Redzovic provides Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and self-defense education at 2442 North Lincoln Avenue in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The academy is owned and directed by Professor Idriz Redzovic, a fourth-degree Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and the first Bosnian-born practitioner to earn a Gracie black belt. The training curriculum spans gi and no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, sport grappling, street self-defense, and invitation-only Lion's Den training blocks. Classes run from early morning six o'clock sessions through evening technique classes, followed by open mat rounds. Youth martial arts instruction is divided into developmentally appropriate brackets, featuring classes for children ages 4 and older and a program tailored for youth ages 8 and older. The facility features thick training mats, wall safety padding, and separate men's and women's locker rooms equipped with private showers, fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, and free coffee.
