Synthesis Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu provides martial arts education and submission grappling training at 1225 Jefferson Road, Suite A201 in Rochester, New York. Situated in Frontier Plaza at the intersection of Jefferson Road and Interstate 390, the academy operates as an official affiliate of Robson Moura Nations United, extending a complimentary week of unlimited training to new students. The academy is owned and directed by head coach Casey Lamb alongside Lauren Lamb. Casey Lamb is a second-degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, an IBJJF World Champion at master brown belt, and an IBJJF silver medalist at master black belt. A former NCAA Division One wrestler for Cornell University, Lamb has served as a corner coach for UFC champion Jon Jones. The instructional team guides students through technical body positioning, grip mechanics, and tactical live sparring. Coursework includes gi and no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling takedown clinics for teens and adults, mixed martial arts striking, and kids jiu-jitsu classes for ages five to thirteen, serving Rochester, Henrietta, Pittsford, and Brighton.
