TDC MMA + Fitness

TDC MMA + Fitness delivers combat sports instruction and functional conditioning at 2450 W. Hubbard Street, Second Floor, in Chicago, IL. Founded by owner and head instructor Dino Costeas, the facility provides martial arts training and small-group fitness for practitioners of varying athletic backgrounds. Founder Dino Costeas is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt who trained under Rickson Gracie, served as a world title coach for Andrei Arlovski, and possesses ten years of Muay Thai experience. The instructional team features striking and grappling coaches including Matt for Muay Thai, Joon Oh and Bradford for jiu-jitsu, Leo and Andrew for striking and grappling, and Christian for wrestling and jiu-jitsu. Staff members also include a director of sports medicine and a massage therapist. Class programming spans Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, mixed martial arts, wrestling, Muay Thai, and small-group conditioning workouts. Members also have access to semi-private personal training sessions, with class registration managed through a digital member account application.
