Team Chitwood Martial Arts & Fitness operates a martial arts academy in Lewis Center, Ohio. The academy is led by brothers Shawn, Neil, and Craig Chitwood, who are all champion black belt instructors. As a certified Relson Gracie academy, the school maintains close ties to the Gracie family, with Shawn Chitwood having begun training directly under Grandmaster Relson Gracie in 1993. Instruction at the Lewis Center facility covers youth, teen, and adult practitioners across diverse skill levels. Offerings include Adult Jiu Jitsu, Mini-Jitsu, Kid-Jitsu, Teen Jiu Jitsu, Judo, and Tuff Chicks classes. The Lewis Center instructional staff features senior Kid-jitsu instructor Melissa Carr, a multi-time Arnold Classic grappling champion and WCJO World Sport Jujitsu champion, alongside combat jujitsu and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructor Coach John Belford.
