Team Link Muay Thai

Team Link Muay Thai delivers stand-up striking and combat sports conditioning at 121 Water St. in Worcester, Massachusetts. Established in 2009, the facility provides martial arts training for practitioners from Worcester, Shrewsbury, and Auburn. The training program is directed by founder and head Muay Thai coach Ibere Reis, who created Team Link Muay Thai in 2009. Reis directs technical curriculum in stand-up striking, counter-offense, and cardiovascular conditioning for practitioners of all fitness and experience levels. Academy offerings include Muay Thai striking, introductory Kickboxing 101, and youth martial arts programs. Training centers on the Art of Eight Limbs, instructing students in punches, elbow strikes, body kicks, and knee strikes to generate leverage and defensive stopping power from any position.
