The Forge Brazilian Jiu Jitsu provides ground grappling and combat martial arts instruction at 1125 S Broadway in Edmond, Oklahoma. The academy delivers technical self-defense and grappling programs for youth, hobbyist, and tournament competitors throughout Edmond and the Oklahoma City area. The instructional team features black belt instructors promoted under Professor Robert Harper. The coaching roster includes first-degree black belt Steve Jones, who has taught jiu-jitsu and Krav Maga at the academy since 2014, and first-degree black belt Livingston McKenzie, a multi-time national champion who coaches no-gi jiu-jitsu and Sanda. Early morning classes are led by second-degree black belt Luke Woodard, youth and competition training is directed by black belt Austin Morris, and instruction is assisted by black belt Trevor Fullbright. Course offerings encompass adult gi and no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Sanda kickboxing, Krav Maga self-defense, and youth martial arts programs. Classes focus on takedowns, guard passing, joint submissions, and tournament strategy. Prospective students can submit an online inquiry to begin training.
