The LAB Martial Arts Academy provides combat sports instruction at 218 Industrial Dr #112 in Fredericksburg, Virginia. The training facility spans over 6,000 square feet, offering expansive mat space and specialized equipment for martial arts training. Instruction is directed by Chad LeBrun, an undefeated professional mixed martial arts fighter and sports jiu-jitsu world champion. LeBrun served for 21 years as the primary combatives instructor for the FBI HRT and founded both 3 Range Combatives and Operation Blue Belt for law enforcement. The academy offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for adults of all experience levels, emphasizing leverage, ground control, and practical self-defense. Programs also feature youth martial arts classes and mixed martial arts striking, allowing students to learn without mandatory pressure to compete.
