The Rock Jiu Jitsu Team

The Rock Jiu Jitsu Team provides martial arts education and ground fighting instruction at 488 Crystal Valley Pkwy C in Castle Rock, Colorado. Proudly serving Castle Rock since its doors opened in 2020, the academy extends training opportunities to neighboring communities across Castle Pines, Franktown, Larkspur, and Monument. Training emphasizes self-defense capability, physical fitness, and mental focus within a supportive martial arts environment. Instruction at the school is guided by a philosophy of purpose, personal growth, and integrity. The coaching curriculum is designed to help students discover their personal potential, build character, and practice discipline both on and off the mats. Through structured repetition and technical drilling, students learn practical and realistic self-defense skills while developing confidence and resilience in a supportive community. Course offerings include adult jiu-jitsu, teen jiu-jitsu, and age-specific youth programs. Children's martial arts classes are organized into Little Kids Jiu Jitsu for ages 3 to 6 and Kids Jiu Jitsu for ages 7 to 12. The academy also provides private jiu-jitsu lessons alongside promotional introductory offers, including an unlimited three-month training package for new practitioners.
