The combat sports gym operates at 209 Middleway Pike in Inwood, West Virginia 25428, situated along Rt 51 East. Drivers can access the facility off I-81 Exit 5, traveling via Rt 11 East, turning left at Sheetz, and proceeding 1/5 mile on left. The location serves as a Boxing & MMA Full Service Gym and Training Facility. Instructional programs provide Boxing, Kickboxing, and Mixed Martial Arts Training designed for the serious fighter or someone who just wants to train like a fighter to get in great shape. Prospective athletes are invited to try a class one time for free. Group conditioning options include an all women's fitness class as well as an all women's boxing/kickboxing class. The organization also runs fight showcase promotions under Valley Fight League and Squared Circle Boxing Promotions, including events such as VFL MMA 29 in Altoona, PA.
