The Training Center is a combat sports gym located on the third floor at 2949 Garnet Ave in San Diego, California. The facility provides high-level training in submission grappling, mixed martial arts, and striking disciplines under seasoned professional instructors. Instruction is anchored by Lead MMA Coach Chris Leben, a veteran UFC competitor and licensed combat sports official, alongside Head Jiu-Jitsu Coach Master Baret Yoshida, a three-time IBJJF Black Belt World Champion. The coaching roster also features striking coach Jordan Bailey, an active competitor who has fought for Bellator and Cage Warriors, and instructor David DaSilva. Members can train across gi and no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, comprehensive mixed martial arts, beginner and youth boxing, and technical kickboxing classes. The academy maintains an intensive yet supportive training environment designed to help hobbyists build practical skills and prepare competitive fighters for competition.
