The Winchester Jiu Jitsu Academy

The Winchester Jiu Jitsu Academy provides martial arts instruction at 1914 S Loudoun St in Winchester, Virginia. The academy delivers concept-driven Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes designed to help beginners and experienced practitioners develop practical grappling skills. Instruction is directed by head instructor Bob, who received his black belt in 2018 from Professor Tony Passos and is a registered black belt with the IBJJF. The coaching staff also includes lead instructor CJ, who began training in 2008, alongside competitive coach Charlie, an Asian and Pan American championship medalist. Class offerings include Intro To BJJ, BJJ Fundamentals, and Intermediate and Advanced sessions across adult gi and no-gi formats. The academy also conducts a dedicated Kids Program that teaches self-protection, body awareness, and athletic coordination in a structured setting.
