Therapeutic Martial Arts is an adaptive martial arts studio located at 23615 El Toro Road, Unit S, in Lake Forest, California. The center combines traditional martial arts instruction with therapeutic principles, emphasizing emotional resilience, focus, and social-emotional growth alongside physical conditioning. The program was founded by Master Fahim Yusufzai, who launched the therapeutic martial arts model in 1993 in Hamburg, Germany, before bringing the practice to Orange County in 2005. Yusufzai holds over thirty years of martial arts experience, earning Germany Federal Cross of Merit in 2004 for youth empowerment initiatives. Instruction includes Little Tigers Taekwondo for children ages 3 to 5, youth and adult basic programs, Black Belt Club, and specialized autism training for individuals ages 3 and older. The studio also conducts women self-defense courses and private training designed to build self-discipline in a supportive atmosphere.
