Operating within Shaw's Karate, tkfmma is located at 1921 N Pointe Dr #140 in Durham, NC 27705. The academy offers instruction across ten different martial arts styles for children and adults. The school is led by Michael, who serves as the principal instructor, business manager, and sole owner. Training at TKFMMA since 2009, Michael holds a 7th Degree Black Belt under Dr. Jerome Barber in Escrima-Kenpo-Arnis and a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Kajukenbo. Curriculum disciplines span Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Wrestling, Tang Soo Do, Kenpo, Kung Fu, Boxing, Muay Thai, and Filipino weapons arts including Escrima, Kali, and Arnis. Membership tuition is $100 a month with no contracts or fees, and introductory students can participate in a $5 class trial.
