Torres Top Team BJJ is located at 1002 N Parsons Ave, Unit B, in Brandon, Florida 33510. Head instructor Professor Tony Torres, a Brandon native, began his martial arts journey in 2004 at age 12 and earned his black belt under Professor Joey Best and Professor Johnny Weisser at Ybor City Jiu-Jitsu Club. Torres has competed in gi, no-gi, and sub-only tournaments across belt levels and serves as a referee for Grappling Industries. The academy provides Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction rooted in technique, family, friendship, and perseverance. Torres also referees for organizations such as COPA and Arte Suave.
