Tracks Brazilian Jiu-jitsu is located at 11403 Foley Blvd NW in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Operating under the guiding principle of "Opera Non Verba – Deeds Not Words", the school provides structured Brazilian jiu-jitsu programs for practitioners of all ages, helping students develop practical self-defense techniques, physical fitness, and competition grappling skills. The academy was established with the guidance of Mark Mortensen. Instruction is delivered by a coaching staff that includes Mark Mortensen, Jerry Byrne, Dennis Lo, and Shawn Monte. Coaches oversee training sessions that emphasize technical positional control, leverage, joint submissions, and sparring discipline in a friendly learning environment. The curriculum is organized into distinct age divisions, including Tots Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Teens Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Adults Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Adult practitioners have access to morning training blocks from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm as well as evening sessions from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm throughout the week, complemented by weekend open training.
