Tri-Town Brazilian Jiu Jitsu operates at 4926 E Colfax Ave in Denver, Colorado. The martial arts academy provides Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training for youth and adult practitioners along the East Colfax corridor. Instruction is directed by Professor Mikey, who serves as head instructor. The teaching staff also features Professor Sergio, Professor Dave, and Professor Joe. Classes emphasize positional fundamentals, defensive awareness, technical submissions, and controlled partner sparring. Students drill core movements to build martial discipline, athletic conditioning, and mat awareness. The curriculum features distinct tracks for youth and adult practitioners. Youth students train in Kids Class (ages 8 & Up) and Kids Gi (ages 8 and up). Adult students participate in Adults Gi Fundamentals, Adults Gi Intermediate, Adults No Gi Fundamentals, and joint sessions for Adults & Teens (Gi).
