Trilogy Martial Arts is a martial arts school located in El Cajon, California. Established in 2017, the academy provides Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, striking, and reality-based self-defense instruction for students throughout East County San Diego. The school was founded by head instructor Sean, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt awarded by Master Fabio Santos, a direct black belt under Rickson Gracie. The instructional staff brings decades of collective background in wrestling, boxing, Jeet Kune Do, and defensive tactics instruction, supported by boxing coach Charlie Kohler. Instruction centers around Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as its foundational art, offering both gi and no-gi classes from introductory to advanced levels. Weekly programs also feature Jeet Kune Do street self-defense, youth boxing, kids and teens jiu-jitsu, and W.A.S.P. practical women self-defense sessions.
