Triple Crown MMA Academy

Triple Crown MMA Academy operates at 8335 Dixie Hwy in Florence, Kentucky. The martial arts training center is operated by Sullivan Forged Fitness, LLC and provides instruction across grappling and martial disciplines for children, teens, and adults. Its schedule features training sessions Monday through Friday from 4:00pm to 8:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 12:00pm, with the facility closed on Sunday. Youth martial arts development is structured into distinct developmental brackets. Early childhood practitioners train in Tiny Ninjas for ages 3 to 5, building early motor coordination and listening habits. Elementary students advance to Little Ninjas for ages 6 to 9, emphasizing personal discipline and basic self-defense. Older youth transition into Teen Ninjas for ages 10 to 14 to develop mat discipline and technical fundamentals. Adults participate in Adult American Jiu-Jitsu for ages 15 and up, which focuses on practical ground techniques, physical conditioning, and positional control.
