True Strength MMA

True Strength MMA provides combat sports and striking education at 710 Holcomb Bridge Road, Suite 50, in Roswell, Georgia. Founded in 2014 by owner and head coach Victor Torres, the gym delivers individualized fitness and martial arts instruction for recreational practitioners and combat competitors. Head coach Victor Torres is a certified instructor and combat sports competitor who holds a second-degree black belt in American Karate, a first-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, and a first-degree black belt in Isshin-Ryu Karate Do. He is also a USA Boxing coach and former amateur boxer who earned a gold medal in the Georgia Games Championship. The training schedule features traditional boxing taught in a boxing ring with heavy bags and partner pad work, Muay Thai kickboxing covering eight-limb striking combinations with elbows and knees, cardio kickboxing intervals, and private personal training. Youth programming includes seasonal martial arts camps for children ages 5 to 13, and prospective students can book a free trial class.
