Unity Jiu Jitsu Valley Stream

Unity Jiu Jitsu Valley Stream opened in 2023 with Murilo's blessing. The academy operates at 2 E Merrick Rd in Valley Stream, NY 11580. Training is overseen by Fabio Alves (Canela), who holds the title of head instructor. Alves began training under Murilo Santana when Unity Jiu Jitsu opened in NYC in 2015, earning his Black Belt in 2021 from his Professor, Murilo Santana. His competitive record includes honors as a Multiple time IBJJF Gi/No Gi Open Champion and IBJJF Pan No Gi Champion. Course offerings at the gym include an Adults Program, a Kids Program, a Women Only Class, and an Intro to Jiu Jitsu option. For uniform standards, practitioners are asked to please wear White Gis for Gi class and Black Rashguards and Black Shorts for NoGi. The facility provides a FREE TRIAL DAY FOR VISITORS LIVING IN NY/NJ/CT, while standard visitor fees are during the week for the day.
