Unity Martial Arts

Unity Martial Arts provides martial arts education and movement training at 1524 Garfield Dr in Little Rock, Arkansas. Founded as a martial arts school in Little Rock, the facility offers instruction in Cuong Nhu standup martial arts, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Wu style Tai Chi Chuan for practitioners across central Arkansas communities. Instruction is directed by four head instructors who combine more than 130 years of martial arts experience. Head instructor of Cuong Nhu Sensei Tanner Critz holds a 5th degree black belt in Cuong Nhu and a 3rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, having practiced Cuong Nhu since age ten. Head grappling instructor Matt Smith is a third degree black belt with over twenty years of grappling experience who leads the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu curriculum. Training programs feature adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Cuong Nhu Karate, and Tai Chi. Youth instruction includes the Grasshoppers program for ages 4 to 7, which introduces standup striking and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu grappling, alongside the Tigers program for ages 8 to 12.
