Upper Cumberland MMA operates out of 125 East Spring St. in Cookeville, TN 38501, serving athletes throughout Cookeville and the Upper Cumberland in Tennessee. The school offers multiple combat disciplines including Jiu-Jitsu, fundamental kickboxing, boxing, wrestling, and MMA, alongside strength and conditioning sessions. Training formats accommodate a variety of age groups, with adults, teens, and kids classes available across the weekly schedule.
